I've hit it several times (the under construction message that is), but I go back later and all is well. I'm getting it right now and I have a comment to post.
Haha... I figured out part of the problem (I think). You website is currently at:
http://jackmangan.com
There is no www. I have no idea why this is happening, or what you actually intended, but you should look into this.

The www.jackmangan.com seems to be working now.
